In other news this week we have had to cancel the charity Golf Day. Covid restrictions meant that we would not be able to hold the event with the number of golfers we need to make it viable.

Better news is that Bunnings BBQ's are probably returning. There will be some new rules, procedures and training. At this stage there are some test BBQ's being run on weekends by a Lions club and following them we should be back on the list.

There is some more news regarding the party shed weekend at Woolooga on Saturday 29th August.
As well as caravan parking available on site and accommodation available at the Kilkiven Hotel there is an airbnb nearby and a camping ground with cabins in Kilkiven. I believe those interested are communicating directly with the airbnb.

This week our guest speaker is John Newson on the "Journey of Dementia".

On the 12th August, Greg Bradley from USC will be bringing  our two scholarship recipients, Zara Auld and  Josiah Green  to our meeting on that night.
